About Us
Fresh & Ready Foods takes fresh quality ingredients and fashions them into value-added sandwiches, saladsalads, and baked goods for the foodservice and retail industries. No one does it better.  Our long history and varied experience in restaurants, manufacturing and nutrition makes us unique to our market niche and guarantees that you, the foodservice professional, has a reliable, professional source for fresh and  ready-made products.
 

We began back in 1990 and have been manufacturing and distributing fresh packagemuffinsd food and bakery products ever since. While we started by servicing hospitals (including patient and employee feeding) and colleges in Los Angeles, we now reach the entire Southern California, Southern Nevada and Southern Arizona areas with a customer base that includes colleges, medical centers, film production caterers, convention centers, convenience stores, vending distributors and retail foodservice…whoever needs fresh and ready foods! We currently operate two production facilities and three distribution facilities in California, Nevada and Arizona.

Charles “Chuck” Lehman has a pedigree in food.  He got his start at the University of Nevada,  Las Vegas in Restaurant and Hospitality Management. Throughout his career Chuck has owned restaurants, created food brands and consulted food manufacturers in the art and business of food manufacturing and sales.  He brings to the ready-made sandwich business the acumen for culinary arts and an awareness of the necessary economic needs of a restaurateur. Using his entrepreneurial senses, he has created a business that has filled a market niche and has the ability to expand to additional venues with endless potential.

Courtney has grown up in the family business along side her father. Working out of our Las Vegas offices, Courtney is responsible for overseeing the operations and along with Chuck ensuring in the continual growth of the companies. She prides herself on follow-through and customer care and her natural abilities as a saleswoman have been very apparent in the growth cycle of the company over the past 10 years.

Lisa met Chuck while working as a nutritionist in a hospital and it was a match made in foodservice heaven.  In addition to working in healthcare, Lisa has worked for Trader Joe’s, Sysco and Nestle USA. She uses her institutional and business training to insure that Fresh & Ready Foods® complies with the highest standards in quality and safety.

Harry owned and operated Deli Delight®, a fresh sandwich and salad manufacturer, for many years. With this unique understanding and knowledge, he brings his personal experience with this industry as he oversees the distribution and management of our C-store customers.

Dan has a long history in production and operations. With his formidable history at the Cheesecake Factory and more recently with Fabes Natural Foods, he brings his notable skills and experience to round out our team.
