production facilities, we are capable of turning around our full slate of
sandwiches, salads, box lunches and baked goods no matter what size the event.
We buy our meats direct from the packers, our
produce straight from the farm and our artisan breads come from local gourmet
bakeries. Our goal is to provide you with delicious, high quality, wholesome

![]() Food Safety is our number one concern. As a fresh food vendor, under the guidance of our in-house registered dietitian, we maintain a highly effective and detailed food safety program. Our facilities follow the strict guidelines of food safety and sanitation reflected in our HAACP plans, Sanitation Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Additionally, our production kitchens and processing facilities undergo a 40 item comprehensive inspection audit several times a day. Because we manufacture fresh, ready to eat products, we are greatly concerned with food borne illness-causing bacteria. We routinely monitor our equipment and working environment for the presence of harmful bacteria and to verify the overall cleanliness of our facilities. All production personnel undergo continual food safety and sanitation training. We maintain product indemnification insurance and guarantee complete satisfaction of our products.
