Food Safety is our number one priority

As a fresh food supplier, we maintain a highly effective and detailed food safety program under the guidance of our in-house registered dietitian. Our facilities follow the strict guidelines of food safety and sanitation reflected in our HACCP plans, Sanitation Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Additionally, our production kitchens and processing facilities undergo a 40 item comprehensive inspection audit several times a day.

All Third Party Inspections & Daily Operational Documentation are available for viewing at our facility.

In addition, we operate under a comprehensive HACCP program for the entire menu of products that we produce and all of our supervisory and management personnel are Serv-Safe Certified.
